Unveiling the Palm Pre!

am so excited about this! I finally got my new phone: The Palm Pre!

I did a lot of research about this phone before I got one. My sister has one. Hubby-to-be's friend has one. So I had a couple that I could learn on. I read tons of reviews. Watched lots of videos about the functions.

I ordered it yesterday. And it's HERE! I took pictures. Hehe.

It's so pretty! I love the software. It's so easy to use! It links all my contacts together from Google, Facebook, etc. There are apps for this phone (WATCH OUT IPHONE!) It's awesome. LOVE IT!

Need Help from Savvy Online Shoppers!

I am looking for several things for my wedding and wedding-related festivities. I am having some trouble finding things! One of them should be so simple. I want a black cotton hoodie that zips in the front and has pockets. Something like this:

I need it to be a 3X-4X, because I like them to be loose. I don't want any design on it, because I am going to customize it. But I can't find one!! Please help!

There are more things, but I will put them on here later. I have friends here, so I must go.

My Old Kentucky Home

Hubby-to-be and I have been visiting my grandparents in Louisville KY this weekend. We were here a few months ago, which was the first time they met him. At that time, my Aunt B (who is my fave aunt and one of my fave people in the world!) was on vacation in Alaska, so she missed the chance to meet him. (This was before he proposed!!) Well, a few weeks after he proposed she called me and said that she has to meet him before the wedding, and before Christmas. (We always go to my grandparents house for Christmas) He had a 4 day weekend, so we decided to come up for a visit.

When we were here last, we saw my grandparents just for a few hours before we had to head home, so they have been getting to know Hubby-to-be a little better. (I think they like him! He is the only guy I have brought here to meet them!) Aunt B was at Grandma & Grandpa's house when we got here. Thus started the first round of interrogations. (Aunt B works for the IRS in the criminal justice dept. She has a gun and a license. You DO NOT mess with her!)

After several rounds of interrogations (just questions about him, his background, family, job, etc, etc, etc), he has survived! LOL! I think she likes him too. But the jury is still out. (no confirmation of her opinion.)

It's been a great weekend. Quality time with family. Good food. Getting lost and driving in circles Spontaneous exploring of the city. Just an all around great weekend. I kinda hate that we have to leave in the morning!

My First Swap!

I have recently become fascinated with blog swaps. I've done a few and they are so much fun! So I've decided to do my own!

I love purses. And wallets. I have a hard time not going to look at purses when I go shopping. SO what would be better than PURSES?! So here we go, Ladies! Your mission is to send a great purse. One that you would actually use. Don't just send your cast offs! Send a wallet, include something you always have in your purse. Lipstick? Notepad? Kitchen sink?! (JUST kidding!!)

Beverage Swap Pics!
